Long overdue.
Been wanting to build out this custom inspired by some popular mods for this classic.
Finally calling this model done. Did a quick environment to give it some context (not that it needed one). Modelled in Maya/ Zbrush. Rendered in Arnold.
a slice of my work on some of the titles I've had the pleasure to work on.
This is an environment that I’ve been busy modelling from the amazing photoset generously shared by Dan from realityvirtual.co for Crystal Palace Cinema, Aukland (est. 1927).
Every prop, every asset in this environment is (and is being) modelled to a hero level. Once done with the model, I’ll chuck this into sculpting and then eventually finish it off with textures (if I get the time between work and teaching). :P
This page is a record of the WIP, a bunch of screenshots / test renders of some of the pieces and the process of assembly of this oh-so-chaotic a room. Till I call the model done, I’ll keep the pieces coming. :)
